Autrefois Challans hosts a free, outdoor fair in 1900s period dress on four Thursdays per year in July and August. Dance along with the Maraîchin folklore! Both young and old will love the fair and Vendée traditions that will take you back to the 1910s and 1920s. Evening fair July 18 and 25, August 8 and 22.
